in.essence Lemon Oil Recipes:
Lemony Triple Threat Shake
Those of you who prefer a shake that is not so sweet – here is the solution for you!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Small scoop of ice
- 1 packet either AM or PM natural unflavored, unsweetened nutreince
- 1 Tbsp SKINNYFat Original
- 1 scoop IN.POWER protein
- 3 drops of in.essence lemon essential oil
- Stevia to taste if desired
Directions:
- Place the water in a blender with the ice and blend until smooth.
- On low, add the nutreince while blending. Add the SKINNYFat & lemon essential oil while continuing to blend. Finally, add the IN.POWER while blending.
- Increase the speed from low to medium for 20 to 30 seconds simply to fluff the delicious shake.
Lemon Oil All Purpose cleaner
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 ½ cup distilled water
- 25 drops lemon essential oil
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a glass spray bottle
- Shake to combine
- Spray surfaces and wipe clean
